In the second quarter of 2025, the top down games category on a unified platform in Nigeria showcased some intriguing trends. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights the performance of the top five games in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Seaside Escape®: Merge & Story from Microfun Limited experienced a steady climb in weekly revenue, peaking at around $7.3K by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 3.5K in April, while active users showed an upward trend, increasing from 21.7K to 24K over the quarter.

MU ORIGIN 3 - Pugilist saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, reaching up to $7.6K. Active users also grew significantly from 108 to 276 by the end of June, despite minimal download activity.

MONOPOLY GO! by Scopely, Inc. showed a notable rise in weekly revenue, peaking at $5.7K in mid-June. Weekly downloads remained steady, with active users seeing a slight decline from 18.6K to 16.7K.

Arcaea from lowiro experienced a boost in revenue towards the end of the quarter, reaching a peak of $5.3K. Downloads were minimal, while active users showed an increase from 31 to 56 in late June.

Finally, Travel Town - Merge Adventure by Moon Active saw its weekly revenue rise to $3.8K by the end of June. Downloads decreased over the quarter, and active users dropped from 9.3K to 4K.
